The main ingredients of CPC Hydraulic Oil WG are water and ethylene glycol. The oil is applied to hydraulic systems around high-temperatureoperation area because its non-combustible characteristic can avoid the oil mist burning accident caused by pipe cracks
The oil passes the ASTM D-2882 Vane Pump Test, and is suitable for hydraulic systems under 2000 psi.
Compatible with most of seals and gaskets made from most materials, such as SBR, Viton, Butyl, Nitrile, Neoprene, and natural rubber. But the oil may cause leather, cork, or wood fiber swell.
The oil will not corrode most metals except tin, lead, magnesium, zinc and cadmium. Such metals should be avoided to exist in hydraulic systems.
The oil should not mix with other type hydraulic oils, such as phosphate ester, mineral, or emulsion type.
The oil is non-toxic; however, it may cause eyes to suffer a little discomfort but will not cause anyskin allergies. Please wear plastic or rubber gloves before handling the oil. Wash thoroughly with soap and water if skin is stained.
