CPC Special Soluble Oil blends with water to form uniform milky white emulsion. It makes extremely stable emulsions which have a widerange of uses in metal cutting, forming, rolling, grinding, cooling, and rust prevention.
The oil is composed of emulsifiers, anti-rust, lubricity additives, bactericides, and refined mineral oil. The emulsion can maintain long period of usage, inhibit bacterial growth, and prevent rancid odors, thus, provides stable and excellent working performance, and clean working environment.
The emulsion is oil in water(O/W) type. Always add oil slowly to water when preparing emulsions. Do not add water to oil.
